Spagetti Sunday

I love spagetti! It's my favorite food... I cook ground beef with sofrito, adobo (spanish seasoning) and sazon. I boil water and add beef flavor bouillon ("un cubito"). Also you can use 1/2 beef stock and 1/2 water. Once they are boiling trow in spagetti and cook for about 12-14 minutes depending on how much it is and how firm you like your pasta. Drain all the liquid from the pasta and mix with meat and tomato sauce. Some good motzarela makes all the diference. And enjoy!!! :) I love spagetti...

  1. For cheesy topping I prefer cheddar or parmesan, but the spagetti sounds yummy.
